—Dry paws before coming inside (towels provided)
—Guests are responsible for any pet damage or extra cleaning.

—Internet: Starlink high-speed internet provided; mountain connectivity might occasionally fluctuate.
—Access: Mountain terrain—4WD/AWD strongly recommended in winter (it does snow).
—Weather: We strongly recommend travel insurance (no refunds due to weather).
—Refunds: A 3% payment-processing fee is deducted from any refund to cover processor costs.
